The MEAN WELL DRC-40B is a 40W DIN rail power supply with a battery charger and UPS function. CH1 supplies the load at 27.6V (up to 0.95A) while CH2 charges an external 24V battery at 27.6V / 0.5A. When AC mains is present the unit powers the load and charges the battery at the same time; if AC fails, the battery supplies the load, with a battery cutoff at 20V ±1V to prevent deep discharge.
